I'd like to access my provider's online features and services. What are the steps involved?
To access your provider's online features and services, just follow these three simple steps:
- Invite Your Provider. If your provider does not have a Parent Relief account yet, you will need to invite them first. To invite your provider now, simply click here and enter your provider's email address. We will send your provider simple instructions on how to create their own Parent Relief account. With a Parent Relief account, your provider will have the tools to provide online services (e.g. online portfolio) to their customers such as yourself.
- Request and Get Link ID. A Link ID is an ID that you request from your provider so that you can add him/her to your My Family Providers list. By providing you a Link ID, your provider is essentially sharing their online services such as your child's online portfolio with you.
- Add Provider to My Family Providers list. Once you received the Link ID from your provider, add him/her to your My Family Providers list. To add, click the Link my account to my children's service... link located on the right side of your My Account page as shown below.
Enter the Link ID you received from your provider in the Link ID box and click the OK button. That's it! It's that simple.
Once you've completed the instructions, your provider's name (or business name) should now be listed under the My Family Providers section in your My Account page. Click the link of your provider's name (or business name) to access their online features and services (e.g. your child's Online Portfolio) as shown below.
