I am already providing children's services in my neighborhood before discovering bizAdvantage. How do I add my existing customers and their corresponding financial balance owing to me in bizAdvantage?

Please follow these steps to migrate your existing customer accounts and their corresponding financial balances to bizAdvantage:
  1. Create a family account for each of your customer. For instructions on how to create family accounts, click here.
  2. Enter any outstanding balances or amounts owing to you (or you owing to your customers) as the opening account balances of your customer accounts. For instructions on how to enter and lock opening balances in bizAdvantage, click here.
