How do I manage or bring up active accounts and update account information such as address and telephone number?
To manage or bring up active accounts, please follow these steps:
- Click the Manage active accounts link from bizAdvantage Home. This will bring you to a page that displays all active accounts under your services.
- Click on the account number link of the specific customer you'd like to manage as shown below. This will bring up the customer's account details. From the customer's Account Details page, you can start updating account information such as address and telephone number. You can also generate a Link ID here and give it to the parent to share your online services. To learn more about Link IDs, click here.
