A customer is no longer using my services. How do I disable their account?

To disable a customer account, please follow these steps:
  1. Click the Manage active accounts link from bizAdvantage Home. This will bring you to a page that displays all active accounts under your services.
  2. Click the Disable link of the customer account you want to disable. A highlighted account as shown below represents an account that no longer has children enroled and is a candidate for disabling. However, there are rules as to when an account can be disabled by bizAdvantage. For these rules, click here.
