When should I disable an account?

To avoid constant reactivation and deactivation of an account, only disable an account if you are sure that the customer will no longer use your services or will not use your services for a long period of time. For instance, a child that graduated from a daycare centre is a candidate for account deactivation. A parent who is using a babysitter for short term care, however, is not a candidate for account deactivation since the parent will most likely use the babysitter from time to time for childcare.
