I did not receive a verification email when I signed up for a Parent Relief account. What should I do?
If you haven't received your verification email, please follow these guidelines:
- Check your Spam or Bulk Mail folders. It's possible that your email system marked the account verification email as spam.
- Create your account again. It's possible that you created your account with a typo in your email address. In this case, create your Parent Relief account again. If you're told that a user already exists with that email address during the sign up process, you'll know for sure that you've already created the account. When this happens, it's possible that there was a delay in the email transfer. Please wait for the verification email to arrive before proceeding with the verification process.
- Please allow for some time for email transfers. The Internet is unpredictable and email transfers may experience delays. If you still haven't received the verification email after 24 hours, please click the Contact Us link below and provide us with a detailed description of the problem.
