I received my account verification email, but the link is not working. What should I do?
If your verification link is not working, it's possible that your email system broke the link. Once broken, the link may not be clickable anymore or part of the link is cut off. If this is the case, please copy and paste the entire link or URL into your browser's address bar and hit Enter.
It's also possible that the verification link has expired. We set the verification link's expiration time relatively short for your protection. If the verification link has expired, please create your Parent Relief account again.
