Parent Relief - How do I enter new transactions?

How do I enter new transactions?

From the Account Details page, use the New transactions drop down box to select the type of transaction you want to enter. The type of transactions you can enter are:

Enter a payment
Void a payment
Add a charge
Add a credit

Once you've selected a transaction, click the Go button to continue with the process. Please follow any instructions that comes up related to the transaction type you've selected.
