How do I enter new transactions?
From the
Account Details page, use the
Choose a new transaction drop down box to select the type of transaction you want to enter. The type of transactions you can enter are:
- Enter a payment
- Void a payment
- Add a charge
- Add a credit
Once you've selected a transaction, click the
Go button to continue with the process. Please follow any instructions that comes up related to the transaction type you've selected.
