A parent paid me by cheque for my services. How do I record this payment to their account?
From the
Account Details page, select
Enter a payment using the
Choose a new transaction drop down box. Click the
Go button. This will take you to the
Enter Payment page. From this page, enter all the required information, including the amount the parent paid for your services, and click the
Continue button to complete the transaction. Please refer to the page's help or click
here for more help on specific tasks applicable to the
Enter Payment page.
Important: Similar to bank transactions, any transactions entered today but posted for a future date are considered post-dated transactions, and can still be deleted. However, any transactions entered and posted today cannot be deleted or modified anymore, and are considered final, posted and historical. Posted transactions are available for your customers (or parents) to view. If you've made an incorrect transaction, click
