I see my enrolment and room statistics. What do they mean and how can I use these information to manage my services better?
The Children page is used to manage children's enrolment profiles and provides you with high-level statistics of the number of enroled children under your services. Only children assigned to active accounts are shown.
Room Statistics:
In our Free basic version of bizAdvantage, the page is divided into two rooms/programs only - Default Room and No Program. In the future, you can customize the name of the rooms and programs, and you can create more than one program or room.
The No Program section lists all children in active accounts that are not in a program as of today. In general, children who are in active accounts under this section are assigned to a program but will start at a future date. When these children start, they will be moved from the No Program section to the Default Room section. You can look forward (please see Looking Forward section below) to see how your enrolment level changes when these children start.
The Default Room section provides statistics detailing how many children are currently enroled under your services or program based on their enrolment profile. You can then use enrolment statistics to manage your schedule and enrolment level on a day to day basis. As an example, the sample room statistics below shows that you have the following enrolment level under your services:
- This Week: Sunday - 1, Monday - 4, Tuesday - 2, Wednesday - 4, Thursday - 2, Friday - 4, Saturday - 1
- Next Week: Sunday - 1, Monday - 3, Tuesday - 3, Wednesday - 3, Thursday - 3, Friday - 3, Saturday - 1
Based on the enrolment level presented, you can then manage your services better by adjusting your schedule or plan accordingly if needed.
Looking Forward:
By changing the date and clicking the OK button as shown below, you can get room statistics on a future date. As an example, if a potential customer asks if you have room for their child on a specific date, you can use this feature to quickly determine your enrolment level for that specific day and provide a proper and timely response. Determining your enrolment level for a future date also allows you to plan better.

Historical Trends:
As shown below, you can get historical room statistics by changing the date to the past, selecting the Show disabled accounts option and clicking the OK button. This allows you to analyze your past enrolment trends, helping you understand what happens during summer months vs. winter months.
