What should I do so that children in disabled accounts are also shown?
In the
Children page, click the
Show disabled accounts checkbox and click the
Ok button. All children in disabled accounts will be listed under the program/room section they were in based on the date selected. This feature is used to quickly check details, including enrolment profile histories, of children who already left or graduated from your program or services. It can also be used to see the historical and future enrolment levels or trends of your service.
