How do I create my own question and secret answer for password resets?

When you are signing up for a new Parent Relief account, you have the option to select a predefined question or create your own question as a security for password resets. To create your own question, please follow these steps during the sign up process:
  1. Under the Create Your Password Reset Option section of the New Account Registration form, select Create your own question from the Question selection box.
  2. Type your question using the box right below the Question selection box.
  3. Type your answer using the Secret Answer box.
Alternatively, you can still create your own question and secret answer after you've completed your Parent Relief account registration.
