How do I create my own question and secret answer for password resets?
When you are signing up for a new Parent Relief account, you have the option to select a predefined question or create your own question as a security for password resets. To create your own question, please follow these steps during the sign up process:
- Under the Create Your Password Reset Option section of the New Account Registration form, select Create your own question from the Question selection box.
- Type your question using the box right below the Question selection box.
- Type your answer using the Secret Answer box.
