I accidentally closed the history, which is disallowing me from making further changes in my customer accounts' opening balances. What should I do?

Unfortunately, once you've closed the history, you cannot change the customer accounts' opening balances anymore. However, you can adjust the current account balance by adding charge and credit transactions. A charge transaction increases the account balance, while a credit transaction decreases the account balance.

To adjust account balances, please follow these steps:
  1. Bring up and manage the account. For instructions on how to bring up and manage accounts, click here. This will take you to the account's detail page of the parent.
  2. From this page, you can either add a charge or add a credit by using the New transactions drop down box located on the right side of the page under the Financials section.
