How do I manage my Center Portfolio artifacts? What is involved in portfolio management?
From
bizAdvantage Home, click the
Manage center portfolio artifacts link. This will take you to the
Search Center Portfolio page where you have the option to enter search parameters (e.g. Title, Description) to search and manage specific artifacts in the
Center Portfolio.
Portfolio management involves:
- Viewing the artifact
- Deleting artifacts from the Center Portfolio
- Editing the title and description of the artifact
- Assigning or sharing artifacts to rooms or children
