A parent could not access or see artifacts in their child's portfolio. What should I do?

Inaccessibility to their child's portfolio and not being able to see any artifacts are two different issues.

If a parent could not access their child's online portfolio, please ensure that you've generated and given them a Link ID. A Link ID is needed to share your online services. If you haven't given them one, click here for instructions on how to generate a Link ID. If the parent needs instructions on how to use the Link ID to access your online services, including their child's online portfolio, please give them this link for the instructions: http://www.parentrelief.com/link. Alternatively, you can access the help via the link, and print the instructions for them.

On the other hand, if the parent can access their child's online portfolio but can't see artifacts, please ensure that you've uploaded and assigned the artifacts to their child. To upload and assign artifacts, please click here for instructions.
