How do I navigate around my Center Portfolio? What management features are available in my Center Portfolio?
The
Center Portfolio page contains the search results, and lists artifacts based on the search parameters you've set. For each listed artifact, this page allows you to perform various functions on the artifact such as view, edit, and delete. In addition, this page provides the following pertinent information related to the artifact:
- Title - Title of the artifact.
- Description - Description of the artifact.
- Date - The date the artifact was uploaded to the Center Portfolio.
- Available to - The artifact is available to the children�s portfolios listed in this section.
The following management features are available in your
Center Portfolio:
- Navigating: The Center Portfolio page will only display five artifacts at one time. Click the Previous 5, Next 5, First 5, and Last 5 links to navigate through all the artifacts.
- Rotating Image Files: Image artifacts such as JPEG files can be rotated. Click the rotate 90 link to rotate the image artifact by 90 degrees.
- Viewing Artifacts: Click here for instructions on viewing artifacts.
- Editing Artifacts: You can edit the artifact's title and description, as well as assign the artifact to children. Click here for instructions on editing artifacts.
- Deleting Artifacts: Click here for instructions on deleting artifacts.
- New Search: Click on the New Search button. This will take you to the Search Center Portfolio page where you can begin a new search. Please refer to the page's help or click here for more help on specific tasks applicable to the Search Center Portfolio page.
- Upload Artifacts: Click on the Upload button. This will take you to the Upload Artifacts page where you can upload more artifacts to the Center Portfolio. Please refer to the page's help or click here for more help on specific tasks applicable to the Upload Artifacts page.
