I'm in the Accounts page. What can I do from here?

This page displays all active accounts under your services. The purpose of this page is to allow you to retrieve account details and disable accounts that no longer have any outstanding balances and students enroled to minimize the number of accounts displayed in the list.

From this page, you can also quickly view all disabled accounts under your services by clicking the View disabled accounts link.
View Account Detail
To view an account detail, click on the account number link of the account you would like to view. This will take you to the Account Detail page.
Disabling an Account
Click the Disable link of the customer account you want to disable. A highlighted account as shown below represents an account that no longer has children enroled and is a candidate for disabling. However, there are rules as to when an account can be disabled by bizAdvantage. For these rules, click here.
