I'm in the Add Child page. What can I do from here?
This page allows you to register a new child or student to this account.
Instructions:
- Under the Child section, enter child details. Fields marked with * are required.
- Under the Enrolment Profile section, select the date the child will start using the Start Date drop down boxes. This date cannot be in the past with the latest start date being today.
- Using the Week 1 Schedule checkboxes, select the days the student will attend during the week of the start date. By default, all days are selected.
- Using the Week 2 Schedule checkboxes, select the days the student will attend during the week after the start date. By default, all days are selected.
- Click the Add more children checkbox if you want to add another child to this account.
- Click the Continue button once done. This will take you to this same page, Add Child page, if the Add more children checkbox is selected/checked to allow you to add additional children. Otherwise, clicking the Continue button will take you back to the Account Detail page.
Note 1: Defining a Week 1 and Week 2 cyclic schedule provides you the flexibility to offer part time programs available every other week to your customers. For instance, a preschool part time program allows parents to choose specific days of Week 1 and Week 2 for their children.
Note 2: Our
Free basic version of bizAdvantage offers only one program type and one room type - that is, the child's program and room are assigned automatically to
Default Program and
Default Room respectively. In the future, you can customize the name of the rooms and programs, and you can create more than one program or room.
