How do I register my business or create a provider profile in Parent Relief?

To register your business or create a provider profile in Parent Relief, please follow these steps:
  1. Sign Up. If you haven't done so, please sign up for a Parent Relief account. If you have a Parent Relief account already, proceed to the next step.
  2. Sign In. Sign in to go to your My Account page.
  3. Create Provider Profile. Under the Parent Relief Services section located on the right side of your My Account page as shown below, click the "Register my business in the Parent Relief Directory..." link to start creating your provider (business) profile.



  4. Follow Instructions. Follow any instructions that come up during the registration process and complete forms as necessary.
Note: Creating and completing a provider profile registration involves the validation of a telephone number. This number is published in our online directory (for parents to see), and our phone validation process ensures that parents can contact this number. Please note, however, that we currently do not support validation of a telephone number with a telephone extension (e.g. ext 319).
