I don't want my messages forwarded to my email address. What should I do?

To change the email forwarding rules of your alert messages, please follow these steps:
  1. click the Subscribe link located on the left hand side of your My Account page as shown below. This will take you to the Manage Alert Subscriptions page.



  2. From the Manage Alert Subscriptions page, you have the following forwarding options:
    • Do not forward. Select this option if you do not want your messages forwarded to your email address.
    • Forward a copy to my email. This is the default option when you first registered for a Parent Relief account. This will forward a copy of incoming Parent Relief messages to your email address.
    • Forward a copy to my email and delete from Inbox. Select this option if you want your incoming Parent Relief messages forwarded to your email address and be deleted from your Parent Relief Inbox.
  3. After selecting a message forwarding option, click the Save button to save the changes. Otherwise, click the Cancel button.
