I don't want to receive messages from a specific alert anymore. How do I unsubscribe from the alert?

To unsubscribe from a specific alert, please follow these steps:
  1. click the Subscribe link located on the left hand side of your My Account page as shown below. This will take you to the Manage Alert Subscriptions page.



  2. From this page, you can deselect the alert you want to unsubscribe from by clicking its checkbox. A checkbox without any checkmark indicates your are not subscribed to the alert.
  3. After unsubscribing from the alert, click the Save button to save the changes. Otherwise, click the Cancel button.
