I'm receiving alert messages or notifications that I did not subscribe to. Why?
Alert messages or notifications that are sent directly to your email address without you explicitly having to subscribe to it are called System Alerts. These are specific alerts that you are automatically subscribed to as part of your Parent Relief membership. There is no option to unsubscribe from System Alerts as they are important notifications that you should be aware of. Examples of these notifications include but not limited to the following:
- Scheduled System Maintenance. Any scheduled system maintenance notifying you that Parent Relief will be unavailable for a certain period.
- Inactive Account. Users who have not logged on for a long period of time will be notified. We do periodic cleaning of our database and purge accounts that are considered inactive to make our system more efficient and faster for our active users.
