How do I find out if my provider profile has been created and activated?
Once created, your provider profile will show up under the My Business section, and marked/titled using your name or business name. It is possible, however, that your provider profile is created but not activated. As shown below, any provider profile that is not activated will have a note (highlighted in red) indicating that registration is not completed.

To enable a provider profile that hasn't been activated, simply click on the note to continue and complete your registration process. For successful profile activation, you must (1) validate your business telephone number, and (2) complete all required information when asked during the registration process.
