How do I close my Parent Relief account?

We value your membership in the Parent Relief community and we'd be sorry to see you go. Before you decide to close you account, we'd like to help you solve any problem you might be having. Many users decided not to close their account after letting us address their concerns. We may be able to help resolve your concerns as well. Does this sound like what you are experiencing?
  • I want to close my account because I don't want my exact address to be displayed in my directory listing. If this is your case, you do not need to close your account. You have the option to include your business or service in our online directory without displaying your exact address. For instructions, please refer to the following help: I want (or don't want) to show the exact location (or address) of my business in the search results. What should I do?
  • I want to close my account because I don't want my directory listing or business information to show up in the online directory anymore (i.e. you do not want to advertise anymore). If this is your case, you do not need to close your account. You have the option to disable your business listing from our online directory. For instructions, please refer to the following help: I don't want to advertise my services or business in Parent Relief's Online Directory anymore. What should I do?
  • I want to close my account because I don't want to use bizAdvantage anymore and would like to remove all of my customer information from the system. If this is your case, you do not need to close your account. You have the option to delete your bizAdvantage account by deleting the provider profile. For instructions, please refer to the following help: How do I delete a provider profile?

Remember: By not deleting your Parent Relief account, you save valuable time and the trouble of creating a new account if you decide to join Parent Relief again at a future date. Before you can close your Parent Relief account, you must first satisfy specific requirements specified in the following help: To close your Parent Relief account, please follow these steps:
  1. Sign in to go to your My Account page.
  2. Under the Account Management section, click the Close my account link. This will take you to the Close My Account page.
  3. In the Close My Account page, please enter your reason for closing your account using the Reason text box.
  4. Click the Close My Account button to confirm closing your account. Otherwise, click the Cancel button to cancel the process.
