What happens to my account after it is closed?
You'll no longer be able to use the email address associated with your closed account to access any part of Parent Relief that requires an account. In addition, you will lose all information associated to your closed account including:
- Account information such as records associated to your purchases in Parent Relief.
- Where applicable, any service or business that you have published in our directory (i.e. directory listing).
- Where applicable, your bizAdvantage account(s), which includes all information associated to your customers such as:
- family contact information
- children's enrolment history
- customer charges, payments, or other financial transactions
- children's online portfolio
