Can I reopen my old account and use the same email address again as my user ID?
No, you can't reopen your old account with the same email address. For the purpose of security and fraud prevention, we do not permit reusing email addresses (or login IDs) associated to closed Parent Relief accounts. If you want to join Parent Relief again, you can create a new account using a different email address.
