How do I delete a provider profile?

From the My Account page, click the Delete provider link of the specific provider profile you want to delete. This will take you to the Delete Provider confirmation page. Please read the important message on this page, and click the Delete button to delete the provider profile. If you want to cancel the entire process, click the Cancel button.

Important: You will lose all information related to the specific provider profile you are deleting. This includes all your customer information stored in the bizAdvantage account linked to that provider profile, and any profile information such as address and phone number. Please ensure that you are absolutely sure about deleting a provider profile.

To recover an old provider profile that you've deleted, you will need to contact us. Charges may apply for any data recovery. Click the Contact Us link below and request for a data recovery.
