What happens when I delete a provider profile?
You will lose all information related to the specific provider profile you are deleting. This includes all your customer information stored in the bizAdvantage account linked to that provider profile, and any profile information such as address and phone number. Please ensure that you are absolutely sure about deleting a provider profile.
To recover an old provider profile that you've deleted, you will need to contact us. Charges may apply for any data recovery. Click the Contact Us link below and request for a data recovery.
