I did not receive a verification email when I changed my email address. What should I do?
If you haven't received your verification email, please follow these guidelines:
- Check your Spam or Bulk Mail folders. It's possible that your email system marked the account verification email as spam.
- Change your account's email address again. It's possible that you had a typo when changing your old email address to a new email address. In this case, try changing your email address again using the correct spelling.
- Please allow for some time for email transfers. The internet is unpredictable and email transfers may experience delays. If you still haven't received the verification email after 24 hours, please click the Contact Us link below and provide us with a detailed description of the problem.
- Resend verification email. You can choose to have your verification email resent to your email address. To do this, please follow these steps:
- Sign in. Sign in to your Parent Relief account to go to your My Account page.
