Show exact address on Map. What is this option used for?
While creating or updating your provider (or business) profile, we'll ask you if you'd like your exact provider or business address to show up during searches against your services. For instance, if a search result includes your services, your exact business location on the map will be displayed if you choose the option Show exact address on Map. Otherwise, your exact location on the map will not be displayed.
Any provider profile that is set to show exact address on the map will be displayed at the exact location on the search result map with an orange marker as shown below. Providers who provide their services at their own location (e.g. daycare centres) normally choose this option because their customers will need to know the exact location for pick-up and drop-off.
On the other hand, any provider profile that is set NOT to show exact address on the map will not be displayed in the search results map with a marker. In the search results list, however, this provider is marked with a blue marker to indicate that it is serving the neighborhood as shown below. In most cases, providers who choose this option often provide their services at their customer's place (e.g. nanny, babysitting) and showing the exact address on the map is not required.
