I received and answered the call. What's next?
Once you received and answered the call, please follow these steps to complete the phone validation process:
- Using your touch-tone telephone, enter the 4-digit validation code that Parent Relief displays on your screen during the phone validation process. Once entered and successful, you should hear a confirmation message telling you that the phone number is now validated.
- Click the Continue button to complete the validation process. Click the Continue button again to go back to your My Account page.
