I've already checked that cookies are enabled and I still cannot sign in. What should I do?
The following are possible causes:
- Your browser's privacy is set too high. To resolve this problem, you can set your browser's privacy setting lower. Alternatively, if you don't want to change your browser's privacy settings, you can add parentrelief.com to your browser's list of allowed sites. Please consult your browser's help documentation for Instructions on how to add sites to your browser's list of allowed sites. As an example, here are the instructions for how to add allowed sites in Microsoft Internet Explorer 7:
- Go to the Tools menu and select Internet Options.
- Click on the Privacy tab.
- Click on the Sites button.
- Type www.parentrelief.com in the Address of Web site section.
- Click the Allow button.
- Click the OK button.
- Firewall, proxy, or anti-virus program. If you're accessing Parent Relief accounts from behind a firewall, proxy or anti-virus program, try temporarily disabling the programs. If disabling the program resolves the problem, we suggest consulting with the program's support center for assistance on how to configure it in a way that will still allow you to access Parent Relief accounts.
- Corporate security settings. If you're using a work computer, the problem may be related to either your computer's corporate security settings, or your corporate network security (e.g. Network firewall). If this is the case, we suggest asking your system administrator.
