How do I change my question and secret answer for password resets?

To change your question and secret answer for password resets, please follow these steps:

Sign in to go to your My Account page. Click the update my account profile link under the Account Management section.
Under the Create Your Password Reset Option section, you can change your question by using the Question selection box. In the selection box, you can either select a predefined question or create your own question. If you choose to create your own question, type your question using the box right below the Question selection box.
Type your answer using the Secret Answer box.
