What is My Account? How do I access My Account?

My Account is the first page you see when you sign in to Parent Relief. From My Account, you can manage your Parent Relief account and access various services. Examples of what you can do from My Account are:
  • Change password, change email, update your account profile.
  • Access your child's online portfolio once your provider created one for your child.
  • Create a provider profile if you decide to start your own children's services business (e.g. babysitting).
  • Access Parent Relief's bizAdvantage to help you manage your services and enhance customer experience.
  • Create and manage your listing published in Parent Relief's Online Directory to market your services.
  • And more...
As long as you're signed in and your session hasn't expired, you can always access My Account easily by clicking on the My Account tab located at the top section of any Parent Relief page as shown below:
