Parent Relief - I forgot my password. What should I do?

To reset and change your password, please follow these steps:

In the Parent Relief sign in page, click the Forgot my password link.
Enter your email address in the Email box and click the Continue button
Once you've submitted your email address, enter the month and the year of your birth date in the Confirm Your Identify section.
Type the letters from the distorted picture in the Enter the Code shown box.
Click Continue button. A message containing instructions to reset your password will be sent to your email address.
As per instructions you received in the email message, follow the link provided to complete the reset password process. The link will take you to a Parent Relief page that allows you to enter a new password.
Type your secret answer in the Secret Answer box.
Enter your new password in the New Password box. Re-enter your New Password in the Re-enter New Password box.
Click the Continue button to complete the reset password process.
