I lost my link ID before adding my provider to the list of My Family Providers. How do I request for another one?
Communicate with your provider and request for another Link ID. Your provider should already know how to generate a Link ID so that you can add him/her to your My Family Providers list. If your provider does not remember, however, please give him/her the following link for instructions on generating another Link ID.
